Verification
Our quality assurance team will review your claim and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if the request meets our safety guidelines.
Secure Packaging
Place the unopened item back in its original specialized shipping container to ensure it is protected during the return transit.
Refund Processing
