Do you ship bourbon to all 50 states?
Due to state regulations, we can only ship to select states where alcohol delivery is legally permitted. Please check our Shipping Policy page for a current list of eligible delivery locations.
Is an adult signature required for delivery?
Yes, federal law requires that someone 21 years of age or older must be present to sign for any package containing alcohol. Carriers will not leave these packages at the door.
How do you ensure bottles don't break during transit?
We use specialized, heavy-duty molded pulp or foam shippers designed specifically for glass bottles to ensure your bourbon arrives safely and intact.
What is your return policy for spirits?
Due to safety and legal regulations, we cannot accept returns on alcohol. However, if your bottle arrives damaged or if you received the incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
Are your rare and vintage bottles authenticated?
Absolutely. Every premium and rare bottle in our collection undergoes a rigorous multi-point inspection process by our experts to ensure authenticity and seal integrity.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Yes, as soon as your order is processed and picked up by the carrier, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery progress.
